95 years of manufacturing Excellence
As we blogged earlier this month, our commitment to manufacturing excellence begins with employee ownership. Our manufacturing capabilities have advanced significantly over the last few years through progressively adding technology to support automation and lights-out manufacturing.
This year, celebrating manufacturing month was particularly noteworthy as we clocked in over 20 years without a lost time incident.
And we couldn't have adopted this culture of continuous improvement, safety and innovation without commitment from employee owners such as those highlighted this month:
Beyond a stock ownership plan
At Sentry Equipment, our ownership goes beyond just an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). It stems into everything we do for our customers, community and our own people.
From our company-wide leadership training to our community programs such as our GPS partnership, we are committed to improving our employees and our community personally and professionally.
And this level of engagement doesn't stop at retirement. Sentry Equipment invites our Certified Employee Owners back every year in October to celebrate the impact of manufacturing, connect with current employee owners and learn what's in store for the future of the company.
